for these services have been set at a level where we are confident that we can provide
a good level of service, yet one that will be affordable and useful to the widest
possible range of companies and individuals.
We therefore feel it proper to clearly set out what our fees involve.
Location Services
These are sourcing services, whereby we source a manufacturer, a service provider, or a
buyer. We put you in touch with one or more parties that we reasonably believe are able
to fill your needs. It is up to you to negotiate with the other party, to satisfy yourself
as to quality, reliability and ability to consistently fill your requirements and at a price
you find satisfactory. At the low prices we charge it is not feasible for us to get involved
beyond sourcing.
Here are the current prices of the location services we offer:

- source a shipping company/arrange freight $100 USD
- negotiate better pricing $125 USD
- locate a manufacturer who can build your prototype $125 USD
- locate a buyer for your products $250 USD

Negotiation Services
At this time the negotiation services we offer are limited to price negotiation with
respect to an existing product or service. While there is no absolute guarantee that
we will be able to lower your price, our experience is that Asian suppliers usually
provide buyers with a good price but not their best price. With our Asian connections
and our experience with Asian negotiating customs we have an excellent record of
success in obtaining rock bottom prices.

a. ascertaining whether the price you are paying is a truly good price
b. ascertaining whether your supplier is willing to lower his price

Logistics Services
The cost of most logistics services such as locating manufacturing facilities,
locating suitable land and obtaining permits, etc vary widely by country. Even
within a given country there can be huge variations between different provinces
and cities. Pricing for Logistic Services is therefore dependent on the particular
circumstances of your project.

In Asian countries the smartest way for a foreign company to operate locally is with
a joint venture partner. In some it is the only way allowed. Finding a suitable joint
venture partner is never easy, and the difficulty of finding a partner varies with the
