Q1. How long will it take for Source A Product to find what I'm looking for?

A1. Under normal circumstances we source the product in 7 to 15 business days
depending on the product. During events such as Chinese New Year or other national
holidays wait times may be slightly longer.

Q2. How many suppliers will be sourced out for my products?
|
|
|
A2. Depending upon what product or service you are looking for, you will receive one to three
solid trade leads.

Q3. How long have you been doing business in Asia?
|
|
|
A3. We have been doing business in Asia for 24 years. We started in 1982 with a trip to
Taiwan and have been helping companies source products ever since.

Q4. If I have a product/service sourced, can you help me with delivery also?

A4. We can arrange freight within China and also via air or sea to anywhere in the world.

Q5. What Asian countries will you be dealing with for my orders?

A5. Depending upon what the customer is looking for, we use China for 95% of our sourcing of
tangible goods. Certain products, such as ceramic vases, we will use Vietnam. Many high tech services
or products will be sourced from India. The same can be said for Industrial equippment from South Korea.
There will be times when our customers will receive a list of suppliers from more than one country.

Q6. What currency will I be dealing with for my orders?

A6. When dealing with almost all companies in Asia you will be quoted in United States of America dollars
(U.S. currency).

Q7. What happens if I am not happy with my trade lead?

A7. If, for any reason, your trade lead does not work out to your satisfaction we will, ot our expense,
find additional suppliers for you.

Q8. How long does it take to find a buyer in Asia?

A8. This varies greatly depending upon what you hope to sell and what price you
want for your product, in general, it may take 4 - 6 weeks.

Q9. How and when do I pay for your services?
|
|
|
A9. You can pay with our easy-to-use online ordering system. It's fast, simple and
you can use a credit card to make payment. No service will be executed until payment has been
received by Source A Product.

Q10. I'm not sure which credit cards you accept?
|
|
|
A10. We accept all types of Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are also authorized users
of PayPal internet payment systems. By using PayPal we
offer our customers piece of mind in knowing that their payments will be secure transactions which lessens the
risk of internet credit card fraud.
